The 1st day of Summer School Mommy surprised them with a donuts and we played out side and took crazy pics.
This year Fathers Day was a crazy weekend. Mommy got into the Mt. Washing Road Race where you run up Mount Washington Mountain. We ended up driving up Friday night. That night we partied hard in the hotel. Good food and hours in the pool. In the pool the kids were jumping non stop into the water and then they were racing each other to the other end. Madeline is quick but Dominic is faster and the swimming lessons have really paid off. So much more confidence and he has not had to wear swimmers for several months. It was so much fun BUT it was not heated so a little chilly. The next day when mommy ran. Daddy took the kids to Story Land for a few hours and they had a great time. Madeline and Dominic ran daddy till he was dead (we were going on little sleep from the hotel party).
The next day Mommy & Daddy ran the 5 Miler Road Race. Its been a tradition for several years we run then join in the Pig Roast festivities. Its so much fun. We get ribs, fries beer and just dance and run around. The kids play games and enjoy the beats. Then later on that afternoon we went to Nanas and Bampas to cool down and celebrate Fathers Day.

When Dominic turned 2 1/2 I made him a blanket of patches he choose thenIi put it together. Madeline was really excited to have a blanket like her big brother. The patches she choose, four were the same as her brother. She picked horses, M&M, cats, mickey mouse, minions, Muana, flamingos, pigs, Alof, dogs, Trolls & Pepe the Pig.
Mark and I also thought it might be fun to take the cousins out to see a movie. It was Madeline's 1st movie in the theater as well and we were really nervous but excited. The movie was Incredible s 2 and we had a blast BUT it was a longer movie then we thought. Daddy was a great guy and took Madeline out when there was about 30 minutes left and went shopping until it was over. HAHA.
Madeline was great when we got there.and ate a great meal. She decided to sit on my lap for only 10% of the movie. Then she watched the movie from her seat and was smitten. We will try again after she turns 3.
My kids sure know how to "Strike a POSE'
