Merry Christmas to our family. Never did I see that this year we would be celebrating as a family of four with no gatherings, X mas exchange and mush more. One thing that we have been doing the past few years is a fake tree. Not a HUGE fan BUT I do like having the tree up early and up as late till January. I enjoy getting the tree ready with lights then open each ordainment together talking about each one and when we got it. It so funny because as they get older Mark and I had many Christmas before we had kids. We have many from Disney, travel across the US and more.

This year since we have been in school remotely we have been sledding A LOT. Madeline and I have been making an extra special girl time time to sled underneath the starry night. It so much fun because mom breaks out the blur tooth speaker and we sled to Disney music.

This year on Christmas Eve. Aunt Kim & Uncle Jackson created a scavenger hunt for the kids. They first start off by finding a ordainment with the letter "A" then work will they get to the letter "H". When they find the letter they open the ordainment, read the hint then go to the room and find the surprise.
This year on Christmas Eve we made cookies and watched Home Alone before we headed to bed waiting for Santa. Thus year the kids matching theme was "Elves" and I feel this suited them just perfectly. I even requested that Dominic write the letter to Santa and his reindeer which was very sweet.

On Christmas morning we woke around 7 and slowly made our way downstairs to open presets and have a relaxing day. As we do every Christmas morning we open our stockings THEN hit up Christmas presents from mom, dad, family members and Santa.

We saved the BEST for last... presents from Santa were hidden in the second family room. Dominic got a new X Box and Madeline got a new Calico set with more character and a car. They were screaming like crazy with excitement.Nana and Bampa got Dominic Old School Pac Man arcade and Madeline a Glode to explore the world (MOM LOVED these)
At the end of the day after relaxing family time. We played virtual trivia games with our family. It was so much fun and just to laugh again with them was great.
