We are very excited to announce our newest addition to the Ambrose Family.
Madeline Harper Ambrose
1.20.2016
8lbs 7oz
20" Long
We delivered Madeline at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. We were very fortunate enough to have Nana and Bampa watch Dominic the few days we were at the hospital. In preparing for Madeline. We let Dominic pick out a shirt that says I am a "Big Brother" and a few presents that he could give Madeline. One present Dominic chosse for his little sister was a baby doll in a pink outfit and a little stuff animal that is an Owl.
The day Madeline was born. Nana and Bampa brought Dom to see his new sister and he was so sweet to her. He watched her get bathed and we sat all together as a family of four and I loved it so much.
We took Madeline home on Friday and through the weekend, we were home and just really enjoyed family time. Before we arrived home. Dominic was extremely helpful with getting the house ready for Madeline. Any time that Madeline gets sad and cries. Dominic is right there ready to sing her a song and pat her hand to get her calm.

She has been home for 2 weeks and she has been such a joy. Our days consist of belly time, singing, playing with our animals and rattles. She loves anything that shakes and makes that raddle noise. Since the 2nd day at the hospital, Madeline has had great neck control just like her brother. So when we hold her on our shoulder she lifts her head up and looks all around.
As we have been home, Maddy does sleep a lot BUT when she is up. She is wide-eyed and very happy. With her baby blue eyes just staring up at you and smirky smile. She is the sweetest little girl and cannot wait to see her more awake as the weeks "slowly" pass by.https://vimeo.com/154092432
